Sherman Appraisal Co., Ltd. ( Grant Sherman), established in 1993, is one of the pioneer
appraisal companies established in Beijing,
the People’s Republic of China (the PRC). Since its
establishment, Grant Sherman has provided appraisal service for companies
including Sinopec, Petrochina, Jiangxi Copper Industry Corporation, Ltd,
Beijing Capital International Airport Corporation, Ltd., Exxonmobil,
British Petroleum（BP）, Shell, OTIS and other multinational
industrial groups.
(i) Qualification of Grant Sherman
The Chinese Government currently exercises strict control in the appraisal
services industry; in other words, only firms which have satisfied the
conditions stipulated by the government are approved to provide appraisal
services in China.
Grant Sherman possesses the relevant valuation license for providing
valuation service for securities and relevant business. This qualification
is the highest grading in valuation granted in the PRC that enables the
licensee to conduct all kinds of asset valuation business service in china.

position he held is Senior Vice President. Most staff of Hong Kong Grant
Sherman hold internationally recognized professional qualifications such as
ASA, CFA, AICPA, RICS and they are very familiar with international
valuation and business practices. Hong Kong Grant Sherman can provide a
full range of appraisal services for any transactions that require approval
from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong or The Securities and Futures
Commission.
